I am kinda waiting for such an email. I don't think it really has to do with geo-targeting. But YPN ads are so bad with targeting that it is a hit or miss situation. In my case it is mainly a "miss". Meaning - their ads are not targeted at all. Or their system is slow in displaying ads. It just provides a bad customer experience and it is not the publisher's fault, but YPN.

Last month was the very first month where I missed the $100 payout limit - coming down over the years/months from high hundreds. It's just getting worse and I will probably dump them as soon as I reach $100 for a check to be triggered.

Yahoo is shooting themself in the foot. They will never catch up to Google and Adsense. Instead they "punish" the publishers .....

Yahoo has had this problem since they have started, they say they don't allow traffic from countries outside the USA yet they assume its our job to block them? I personally think its completely absurd and its crazy to me the way that Yahoo thinks sometimes. I've seen numerous emails from friends showing Yahoo banning their account for Invalid Clicks or Low Conversions, Yahoo can't target our websites with relevant ads, so they blame it on us to their advertisers so take the blame away from their company. Thats a good way to run a business...

*L* i was kicked 2 months ago... I still dunno why as i was geo targeting so i guess they didn't like my traffic.... I was only mainly using it for arbritrage i hated for it to happen but no big loss. I think it is just stupid to just plain kick people... no warning no chang this or that or stop using on X site... shows big lack of customer relations.

I've heard lots of complaints about getting kicked out of YPN. Most have had to do with failing to geotarget the ads to US visitors only (not sure if they've fixed this issue.)

Here is a complaint that plainly illustrates just how messed up Yahoo is, from someone that got kicked out for "quality": http://www.websitepublisher.net/forums/showthread.php?t=6970&highlight=yahoo+publisher+network
