One Million? That’s it? Wow, they got off incredibly easy, especially for a class-action. I bet they’re having a huge party to celebrate.

Will the check just come in the mail or do you have to contact them?

The FAQ answers all these questions: http://www.cjsettlement.com/faq1.html

Basically if you do nothing, fall within the Class, and have generated enough commissions within CJ to qualify for a payment you will automatically get paid.

The rub is that the settlement amount is TINY, and all the administrative fees and audit fees (not cheap) are coming out of this settlement amount if it is approved. Once that is done, they will award it based on percentage of commission earned in comparison with all other members of the class. If your amount earned would put you at less than a dollar of the settlement once you figure out the percentages, you get nothing. Odds are a LOT of affiliates are going to be getting jack as the skew between super affiliates and us regular joes is so great.
