Do you see it as a pay per call or would it be a pay per text? It seems that text is one of the biggest trends I am seeing.

I’m going to state the obvious, but you did ask…

I see more and more optimized landing pages with the local service provider overviewing the benefits of their service via online video. Imagine doing a keyword search like “fix back pain” and the organic (or PPC) search result clicked is a squeeze page with a medical doctor talking about what they will do to alleviate your pain or a Chiropractor doing something similar.

That feeds off of localization but specifically targets the searcher with predictably a higher rate of call to action.

I could definitely see more local ads in the future for internet marketing. I too am bullish on mobile phones becoming more and more of an integral part of internet marketing, but to be honest I had not heard of the Pay per call concept, hehe.

Yeah with this localization it makes sense for internet marketers to move into their local niches. This way, they can start dominating the search results.

Localization make sense as more and more people want to access product & services from their local area. After all you cvan’t donwload a plummer or a birthday cake.
