I get several emails a week asking me if I know any programs or ebooks that are actually worth it for learning about affiliate marketing. If you have been following this blog for a while you know I am very critical of most courses and almost all ebooks. 99% of them sell only hope and hype with no information that can’t be found with a simple Google search.
There is one program I have mentioned before that is the only one I will endorse on this blog. It’s the Black Ink Project 2.0. This course is not some quickly thrown together ebook by a guy looking to make a buck off newbies. This is a 15 session training course that will teach you everything you would need to make money in affiliate marketing. Its not some get rich quick program, you need to put in the effort to follow the steps laid out in the sessions. It’s no different than learning any profession, you have to study the course material and apply yourself. This program is like a college course in affiliate marketing.
The course is delivered in 15 hands on video training sessions with topics like:
- How to Test Your Niche
- Develop a Successful Business Plan
- Creating a Site Blueprint
- Professional Web Design for a Fraction of the Price
- Outsourcing Web Projects
- Finding Profitable Keywords
- Setting Up and Optimizing Pay Per Click Campaigns
- How to Build High Converting Landing Pages
- Tracking Your Success
This course is the real deal, and the author Jeremy Palmer has been in this business a long time and knows it inside and out. I contacted Jeremy and told him I wanted to blog about his course and he even created this exclusive page with $20 off the normal price of $97 for my blog readers. The amount of content you get for $77 is just ridiculous. This is not some rebilling or subscription offer, just a one time $77. In addition to this discount, Jeremy is also throwing in a free upgrade to the Black Ink Project 3.0 which is in the works right now and will be even bigger.
This course is a must for anyone in affiliate marketing, no matter your experience level. Should you get it? Let’s put it this way, it would be hard not to succeed after following the Black Ink Project course.

I’ve been a part of the original Black Ink project and it has helped me go from struggling to make $1000/month to over $3500 last month. After applying what I learned about tracking down to the keyword level for my ppc I now now what makes me money and what costs me money.
All valuable stuff even if you’re not a web designer, webmaster or affiliate marketing expert. There’s something in there for everyone.
Yes, I can vouch that this program is very in depth and informative. I have the original Black Ink Project materials.
I had been looking for a great tool for starting an affiliate project and found it with this program. I absolutely love it; all the questions I had were answered in the videos, and just in case there was something I wasn’t sure of, there is a great forum full of helpful people
I am absolutely thrilled with BI2 and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. One of the best purchases I have made
Hey, I was a member of TBIP1 and TBIP2 and its the only PPC learning guide I would ever recommend to anybody. Its awesome and JP is a guy who always give you help. The amount of all the wide topic informations is incredible. I highly suggest you guys give TBIP2 a try – its more worth than any other online course I ever have seen.
I was a part of the original Black Ink project as well, and was really happy to get in on the Black Ink 2. Jeremy presents the material in a very thorough fashion, with tons of great examples and walk-through’s. Beginners are not left out as Jeremy takes the time to explain things in a way that is easy to understand, makes sense, and works.
Plus the videos are available in a bunch of formats so you can easily put them on your iPod and take them with you. That was a nice touch.
Me 6 or Me Too…
Dude, you gotta get this course.
My web design skills have improved ten-fold both coding and graphics. Thanks to Jeremy for introducing me to adobe products.
And the keyword tracking system with optimize my site is an awesome program for tracking your keywords.
This is a step by step video course which makes learning easy to understand and you can always replay modules for reference.
IMHO, this course is easily worth for 1-k for all the first rate information.
Go Black InK
I, too, have gone through the first and second Black Ink Projects. I thought I knew affiliate marketing, but couldn’t break through. So I left what I knew behind, and followed what Jeremy said. Since then, it’s completely changed my life. I’m *not* banking $30k / day, but in the 3 weeks that I actually worked in January, I made a very nice profit.
I agree 100% with Chad about the Black Ink project. Jeremy is a very talented and respected affiliate marketer who knows his stuff. I have recommended black ink to a few friends and people who have asked me how to get started as well. Probably the only thing Jeremy did wrong was make the price $97 as anything online for sale that ends in a 7 is usually garbage, I guess there are exceptions to every rule. If you are looking to really take the time and learn this extremely rewarding business and don’t want to spent hours after hours (actually you should still do that anyway) researching forums etc then grab this course as it’s a steal for the price.
Plus if a guy named “sushimaster” vouches for it then it has to be good.
I followed the Black Ink Project step by step and although I had been doing affiliate marketing for 3 years, I didn’t know what I didn’t know.
This course has been such an eye opener. What I am trying to say is that although I bought other books and courses (too many to mention here) I realized after learning with Jeremy Palmer is all the stuff that I was doing wrong.
The Black Ink Project really shows affiliate marketing from A to Z.
I highly recommend it.
I’ve also done Black Ink one and two – and Black Ink two was definitely some of the best money I’ve spent on my Internet Marketing education yet. I never had even a minor twinge of regret with this one – its all solid gold stuff. The highlight for me? The fact that Jeremy not only teaches the skills you need to become a high performing affiliate, but that the teaching comes from the point of view of building a proper business with planning and control. No get rich scheme or short cut to cash here – but a solid foundation to build on. Top notch.
The only thing I had ever sold online (Ebay) was my Grand father’s false teeth and a few other toxic products. As soon as I started to read Jeremy’s eBook I knew I was on to something good.
Although I did look at and appreciate some additional resources, Black Ink and Jeremy has been the engine under my bonnet.
Getting involved with Black Ink was the Rock Solid guidance I needed. I studied at home, at my Day Job (now my late day job) on my many long haul flights to and from Africa and some! This Black Ink stuff is addictive to the serious newbie’s and the ailing affiliates!
I went from having no knowledge of affiliate marketing to a proud owner of a profitable campaign with loads more potential. This may be one campaign but I now have the skills to grow exponentially.
If you’ve bought another course and not made money with it, I am sorry. I made my first affiliate profit (small but real) on my first ppc campaign (full site) on the first day (a Thursday) it launched. Thanks to Jeremy and the Black Ink series.
I still have a long way to go but I feel I’m definitely on the right track. I have saved money and time by finding Black Ink early and then trusting Jeremy’s work.
My first campaign is now profitable on a daily basis and it has not yet been optimized. The techniques that I learned with the Black Ink series are “real” and will make you succeed if you take your head out of the clouds and get seriously working. Making affiliate money is not easy money, its good money, once you knuckle down and put in the hours.
Because I am expecting my first ever affiliate cheque (with a profit) I would happily recommend the Black Ink series if you are serious about creating an affiliate marketing business.
To your ROI
Alvin, aka “Black Ink Ninja”
My only question is if its not a gimmick like the other e-books, why use the same style landing page and market it the same way? Personally I haven’t tried it. Not sure that I will as I have had a degree of success on my own.
Well, although he’s a Florida fan, I highly respect the guy and have purchased through your link, Chad. Looking forward to checking out BIP2, as BIP1 was excellent material!
Funny you made this post as I have been following some of his tutorials for the past few days — Great resource!
I’ve been through numerous programs. Jeremy does put forth some really good material. What I found best was probably the area newbies struggle most and that is creation of the landing pages.
I have to agree.
Jeremy’s materials are sensible and serious.
The only issue is that this is the real thing: real affiliate marketing is not easy and involves a knowledge of websites, tracking, psychology and later even management skills.
Jeremy covers all these areas in-depth – but if you want the kind of success he’s enjoyed you have to get very good at these things. When you are good at some point, you will likely get lucky and stumble across a particular product/offer which will you know how to run with.
If you aren’t good, you might not recognize the opportunity when you come across it and you won’t know how to run with the ball when you have it.
Highly recommended.
You sellout. Linking your users to an ebook-type, 5 mile long, cheeseball clickbooth LP. Black Ink 2 is ok for total noobs, but it’s really just Black Ink 1 + a dead forum. The time spent going through all the material would be better spent building and testing campaigns for anybody but a complete novice.
I think you are missing the point. Your right, it is really geared toward people new to affiliate marketing. If you have a clue what’s going on, then your money is almost always better spent building and testing campaigns.
I think Black Ink is a great way for newer people to learn. These are some of the best materials I’ve seen as well. And furthermore, they focus on really building a longterm business.
Yes, the landing page might be the cheesy sales letter type, but the actual content of the course is not anything close to an ebook. I’m not selling out at all, because I know this will help the majority of novices trying to learn affiliate marketing. I think my record of not endorsing junk products on this blog speaks for itself. As well as the unsolicited positive feedback in the comments.
I appreciate the feedback.
I know the landing page may look like a typical “sales letter”, but have you actually read it? The letter talks about the reality of making money online, not the hyped up dream that other gurus try to sell.
I respect your opinion, but was it necessary to call Chad a sellout? He went through the course and liked it. He felt others might benefit from the material. Does that make him a sellout?
As an Internet Marketer you promote products and services. Does that make you a sellout?
Regards,
Jeremy
The sellout part was a bit of a joke. This is the one internet marketing blog that I swear by and it’s just odd to me to see Chad linking to a CDF branded sales page like that.
No I didn’t read your sales page, I’ve already purchased your product. Was just giving an honest review from an affiliate marketer with a bit of experience.
I’m not a sellout, you won’t find me putting my name behind any of the crap I push. Given the chance though, I would gladly sellout… all the way to the bank.
“I’m not a sellout, you won’t find me putting my name behind any of the crap I push. Given the chance though, I would gladly sellout… all the way to the bank.”
I think this paragraph says it all Kyle.
Hi Jeremy,
I have been researching ppc affiliate courses and your Black Ink Project v1.0 and 2.0 keep coming up as solid learning tools. I think the $77 offer for CDF Networks readers is great.
I did read elsewhere that v1.0 and 2.0 did focus on different topics. To quote “Black Ink 1 has more to do with selecting a niche and marketing while Black Ink 2 is more technical”. The post mentioned an offer that included both v1.0 and 2.0.
It sounds like I could use both versions if they focus on different aspects of ppc marketing. So my question is, does v2.0 include v1.0 topics or are they truly separate courses.
Thank you and I appreciate your time in answering my questions.
Sincerely,
Rick
God dang is Kyle Irwin one annoying douchebag.
STFU before I kick you off my internets.
Lets take it outside now boys!
This is the second time I have seen a post about this in the past hour. So either it’s really good or someone is doing a heck of a job promoting.
could any one help me to start up my business without a penny?
I’ll just add that I had the pleasure of being part of both BI1 and BI2. Both are solid programs and I am so glad that I have those videos saved (especially once Jeremy figured out the formatting issues!).
Even if you are experienced, you will learn something new. Hell, I never knew about 99designs but that is where I ended up getting a great deal on a complete redesign of my top performing site and the designer ended up offering to code it for dirt cheap as well.
The forums were helpful too but I think this is a really solid offering.
Thanks Chad and Jeremy for the offer. I just signed up for the course and look forward to learning a lot with it.
What sold me on BI2? The quality of Chad’s CDF Networks posts and finding others that vouch for the quality of Jeremy’s training.
